A French pioneer since 2018, Icitatou gives a second life to lost parcels marked “NPAI” (Not at the Address Indicated) and unclaimed returns. These parcels, from orders placed on platforms such as Amazon, Cdiscount, Shein, etc., are purchased directly from trusted logistics providers worldwide.
