Each certified lost package corresponds to an actual order that a customer was unable to receive for one of the following reasons: absence, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery.
After several attempts, the package is returned to the warehouse. It is stored there for one month, and then, after this legal period has expired, we buy it back.
The result: a genuine lost parcel, sealed, intact, and full of surprises.
You can cancel or return a lost package as long as the packages inside have not been opened. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return. The concept of lost packages is based on randomness, so once opened, they must be kept.
