Our history

In 2018, Laurent and Duc visited a logistics warehouse for what was supposed to be a simple business meeting.
Walking down a corridor, a manager showed them what he called “abandoned products”: dozens of still-sealed parcels, brand new… about to be destroyed.

Why? Because the customer was no longer at the address. Because the parcel was never claimed.
That day, they decided to turn this absurd waste into an opportunity.

What if these forgotten parcels could be given a second life?
What if individuals and professionals alike could receive, resell, or reuse brand-new products… while preventing them from ending up in a dumpster?

That’s how the idea of creating Icitatou was born.

Our mission since day one

♻️

Giving lost parcels, undeliverable mail, and unclaimed returns a second life

🎁

Offering a unique, accessible, and responsible surprise experience

📦

Guaranteeing authentic, unsorted packages that have never been reconstituted

🤝

Acting legally, transparently, and traceably, in line with the AGEC law

🌍

Committing to a concrete circular economy, without greenwashing

👥

And always keep people at the heart of everything we do: whether it’s in surprise, service, or trust.

Why are we doing this?

01

Because we can’t stand to see a new product thrown away when it could still bring joy to someone else.

02

Because we believe in smarter, more responsible, and freer consumption.

03

Because we’ve seen plenty of websites that copy without understanding, or cheat with fake packages.

04

And because we love this slightly crazy idea: receiving a package that we haven’t chosen, but which can bring us a surprise, a smile, or a bargain.

Our commitment

Certified mystery packages, collected from partner logistics providers in France and Europe

A 100% random experience, 0% fake

A value often 2 to 4 times higher than the price paid

Fast delivery, responsive customer service, and a real team behind it all.
