Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all orders placed by any buyer on the website www.icitatou.com, an e-commerce site owned by Outshow, located at 12 rue Augustin Fresnel, 78310 Coignières, France (hereinafter the Seller).Share capital: €60,000SIRET No.: 844 161 687 00042VAT No.: FR52844161687
The website www.icitatou.com offers various products, including NPAI cartons (see explanatory video in the “cartons npai” section), household items, body care products, and high-tech products. NPAI products are always sealed, and the contents of the cartons are unknown. Lost parcel purchases are therefore random.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the Site and prevail over any other version or contradictory document. Any modifications apply to users from the date of online publication and do not affect prior transactions. By validating an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Article 2: Prices
All prices are in euros, including VAT, with handling and shipping included only for mainland France. For other countries, shipping costs will be charged according to current postal rates. Orders must be paid in euros. The price guaranteed to the Buyer is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Outshow reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but prices agreed upon during an order cannot be changed retroactively.
Ownership of products remains with Outshow until full payment. Once paid, risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the Buyer.
Article 3: Orders
To place an order, the Buyer must identify themselves with an email and password. First-time buyers must create an account. The Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions by checking the relevant box before payment. Orders are finalized upon full payment. Outshow reserves the right to block or cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect addresses, or prior disputes.
Article 4: Availability
Products and offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. Outshow will inform the Buyer in case of unavailability. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days.
Article 5: Payment
Payments can be made by credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD). Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate and allow the Seller to suspend or cancel delivery.
Article 6: Delivery – General
Products are delivered in mainland France and abroad by post or Colissimo within 2 weeks maximum to the address provided. The Buyer must check deliveries and notify the carrier of any issues.
Article 7: Delivery – Product Conformity
Defective or incorrect products can be exchanged or refunded upon written agreement and return within 14 working days. Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Article 8: Seller Responsibility – Warranty
Due to the nature of lost parcel sales, the contents cannot benefit from legal conformity or hidden defect warranties, except for weight conformity (+/- 200g). Manufacturer warranties apply where specified. Legal guarantees for conformity and hidden defects still apply.
Article 9: Right of Withdrawal
According to the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without justification. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds will be made within 14 days.
Article 10: Liability
The Seller is not responsible for compliance with local laws in the delivery country. Illustrative photos are for reference only. Buyers are responsible for product use and data backup. Liability does not cover force majeure, improper storage, or temporary unavailability of the Site.
Article 11: Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (photos, texts, logos, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Seller. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Article 12: Data Privacy
Personal data collected on the Site is processed by OUTSHOW to manage orders and customer relations. Data is retained for 1 year. Cookies may be used but do not store confidential information. Transactions are encrypted via SSL.
Article 13: Jurisdiction / Disputes
French law applies. Consumers may refer disputes to territorial courts or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
Article 14: Counterfeits
The Seller does not know the contents of parcels and is not responsible for counterfeit, dangerous, or non-CE/ROHS approved items.
